MARK
KILBORN

Mark Kilborn is an award-winning sound designer, mixer, and implementer with 20 years of experience in the video games industry. He has worked on various game franchises including Hogwarts Legacy, Transformers, Forza Motorsport, Tony Hawk, Brothers in Arms, and more.

 

For eight years, he served as one of the audio directors for the Call of Duty franchise. His projects have won MPSE Golden Reel and GANG Awards for sound, and they've been nominated for BAFTA and D.I.C.E. sound awards.He is a very hands-on audio director, contributing sound design to his projects regularly, implementing and mixing, designing building and maintaining audio systems in UE5 Blueprint and Wwise.

 

He brings deep experience in not only making sounds but providing creative audio direction, managing and mentoring team members, interacting with studio leadership and publisher stakeholders, working with external vendors, and handling budgets and schedules for AAA audio production.

 

He's supervised audio on lead and co-development projects, with teams large and small, in the same building and across multiple continents.
